Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TripFish, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“TripFish”, “we”, “us”), for the Honey Pop game on the web and iPhone (the “Game”). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Playing the Game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is provided free of charge. If you get the Game from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

2. Our content

The Game, including its levels, art, characters, music and code, belongs to TripFish or its licensors. Don't copy, modify, sell or redistribute it except as these terms allow.

3. Fair use

Don't misuse the Game: no hacking, scraping, disrupting the service, reverse engineering beyond what the law permits, or using it to break the law.

4. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

5. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop the Game, or any part of it, at any time. Progress is stored on your device, and we're not responsible if it is lost.

6. No warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TripFish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about the Game is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply.
